Amistad Freight Services is an established transportation brokerage third party logistics firm located in Walnut Grove, Ca. We are always looking for highly motivated professionals to maintain current operations and expand into new territories.

Must have knowledge of the transportation brokerage industry supported by a verifiable customer/truck following.  We offer a very competitive salary/bonus package and benefits to the right candidate.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of direct transportation brokerage or 3PL experience
• Verifiable customer and truck following
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiating
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Solid problem solver with proven ability to resolve conflicts
• Self starter with desire to succeed
• Excellent networking skills
• Strong attention to detail, customer satisfaction, vendor relations, and follow up

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
